HOW TO ORDER

  • Choose your category of interest from the banner retail shop of the menu on the left and select the design you like most in that category.     
  • Once you select a design, please type your message exactly as you would like it to appear, or e-mail it or fax it to us.
  • Based on the design and message you selected, we'll create a draft design that you can see through view Draft. If you prefer to view your draft confidentially, we will e-mail the draft to you.
  • We will modify your draft two times at no charge. The third and subsequent drafts will incur a charge.
  • If you are not satisfied with our designs, feel free to attach your own file.

  • Please type your exact shipping address.

  • After you confirm the Draft we made, we will bill it to your credit card and ship it to you.

  • In creating a file with PHOTOSHOP, the size of the file should be at least 20 percent or 25 percent of the actual size. The CMYK mode and resolution should also be a minimum 250 DPI.
  • File should be saved as a JPEG with the Image Option Quality of 12 and Maximum.
  • In creating a file in ILLUSTRATOR or CorelDraw, the file can be saved at 1/10 of the actual size if it is a Vector image (if there is an image file, the size of the file should be the same as in PHOTOSHOP.)

  • Your design will be printed within 24 hours after approval of your draft. You will be notified of the delivery status of your project
  • You project will be delivered via UPS Ground. It usually takes 3-5 days.
  • On banner orders over $100, UPS Ground service will be free within the Continental U.S. only.
  • Overnight & 2nd day UPS Service is available with customer payment
